SHIPPING

We have several fulfilment locations worldwide to make sure you get your gear as fast as possible. Your order will ship from the closest location based on where you live.

Typically, it takes 2-5 business days to get your order ready to go. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your spot. If you’re outside the US, EU, UK, or Canada, it might take a little longer. Keep in mind, holidays and peak seasons could add a bit more time.

RETURNS

At SKINT, We stand by our gear, so if there’s a print issue or a visible quality problem, we’ll hook you up with a replacement or refund—no stress.

To make it quick and easy, snap clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and send them to Support@skintbrand.com. This helps us sort things out fast and get you what you need.

Keep in mind: since everything is made-to-order just for you, we can’t accept returns for general reasons or sizing. Double-check the size chart before copping your fit to keep it smooth.

CANCELLATION

All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to
cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation
email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a
replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. after you've received your
order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
